Implant removed 6 weeks ago

Hellooo girls, so I had my implant removed on the 10th of January and Finally after 6 weeks and 3 days AF has made a show!
I've been feeling crappy since having it out (boob pain, cramps, tired, constantly feeling like I'm gonna come on) so I'm happy my body is getting back to normal.

My experience with the implant has been positive and would highly recommended it. I had it in just over the 3 years, the only thing I noticed was my sex drive went down, so as soon as I had it removed I found my mojo again haha

So just wanted to say for you girls that have the implant removed, it may take 1 week or 6 weeks but your periods will return, just be patient

OMG I have had this in since about 2/3 months after my lo was born and I have had low sex drive since, it has never crossed my mind that it was because of this! I'm at the end of my 3 years and need to get it replaced pretty soon (We are not ready to have 2nd baby yet!) Now I'm wondering if I should get something else!

Pointless post but just wanted to thank you for writing this! I thought I was just a miserable cow since LO was born haha!

Haha glad it helped!
My last year of the 3 years were worse, myself and DH had argument after argument about the lack of nookie, then literally the week after I had it out I felt like jumping on him several times a day lol!
