Implantation bleeding?

Hi ladies

Seeking some advice please.

I came off of Cerezette on the 1st Feb this year and have had 3 cycles so far the first 20 days and the last 2 28 and 29 days.

This month on CD16 1st thing in the morning I noticed pinkish cm with a pinhead size bright red spot then nothing for the remainder of the day, I also got a very near if not positive OPK later on in the day so put the spotting down to ovluation. Then on CD 20 and still ongoing (today is CD22) I am having what seems to be a very light period, brown on the pad but bright red when I wipe. I did the deed on cd 10, 12, 14, 16, and 18 and am wondering if this could be implantation bleeding as my period isnt due until the 10th/11th May as i have never had mid cycle bleeding before. If my period doesnt come on the 11th then I will test but just wondered what everyone thought.

I hate to be the party pooper here, but a VERY similar thing happened to me this month. I came off the pill (Apri) in the beginning of March. I ovulated (for sure) on Monday the 18th. That Friday, I went to the bathroom and had, to my shock, pinkish spotting when wiped. Of course, I knew that was exactly like classic IB so I started getting a little excited! Later that afternoon the bleeding picked up again and was like a light period - I filled about one regular pad each day. I bled for about 3 1/2 days like this. This Monday was my time to test... oddly enough, I actually had some MORE brown spotting when I went to take my test (a full week after the "period" had stopped). The test was most definitely negative. The bleeding I experienced was similar enough to a light period that I'm positive that is what it was - my hormones have been crazy since coming off the pill and I guess that was a symbol of how crazy they are!

I did read a LOT of stories about women who had what you and I experienced and it WAS IB - so it is a definite possibility. But, sadly, it's also a possibility that your body is just doing things differently this month, especially if you came off of bc recently. I am crossing my fingers for ya though!

Hi Cindy thank you for your reply like you I have started yo get excited but keep telling myself that it could be a period as to avoid great disappointment if it turns out to be a negactive when I test. Things down below are def slowing doen so would have been roughly 3 days. Watch this space fingers crossed for you too. Have u got a buddy on here ? Xx
