Implantation Bleeding??

Not sure what to think, had watery blood on the tissue a few times today but nothing more. Was quite a bit at first and just spots afterwards, really thought it was the start of my period. Been the gym and did a run thinking it would fetch period on but nothing.

I did a test when i got home and this is what i got, any ideas???

The same thing happened to me. Day of my BFP I had bleeding (it was also the day of my expected period) It ended in a miscarriage, but, I am not saying this will happen to you. My doctor did say that bleeding can occur in the beginning of a pregnancy (time around when expected AF is supposed to arrive and it can be a normal and healthy pregnancy. Take a DIGITAL!!!
