Implantation cramping? Unclear about dates/timing

You'd think I'd be a pro by now, having two kids and all. However, we weren't really trying and therefore I was not tracking days, ovulation, charting, etc.

This past week, lost in the passion of vacation, we had unprotected sex. When I look back at the calendar, I notice this was CD11 of my very regular 27-28 day cycle. Now, with my daughter and son I ovulated early which is why I'm anxious.

Anyway, today (CD 19, approximately 5-8 DPO) I am experiencing light cramping. It's been on and off for the last three hours. I don't normally have cramps with AF or any PMS (other than cravings).

So, how does this timing play out? Has anyone experienced cramping this early?

I cant comment out of experience but it is very possible that the cramping could be from implantation. I think only time will tell which it is though...another week or so til AF due?
