Implantation cramping

I'm 7dpo(8-17) and had cramping this AM and it kinda felt like mild AF like cramps. It only lasted for a few mins and coincidentally I felt so nauseated and dizzy too. Those who have had implantation cramps were they light and just noticeable or were they enough to make you double over, or were they somewhere in the middle? Also about what dpo did you get them? Were they on and off? 24/7? Somewhere in between? I should also mention I had terrible low back ache where my ovaries sit on 4dpo. Please tell me your story.

I had lots cramps from the very beginning. The cramps continued on into the beginning of my second trimester. At times they were so intense that I would definitely have taken ibuprofen if I was able to. I really think they can be a normal part of early pregnancy. I'm not sure if they are necessarily a sign of pregnancy, though. I sometimes had pre-AF cramps on cycles where I wasn't pregnant. Honestly, I don't think I would have been able to distinguish a difference between them if I didn't know which was which.

I was convinced that I was going to miscarry after finding out at 4-5 weeks. I had horrible cramping and took Tylenol. I think it's totally normal! I went for an ultrasound at 7 weeks and baby was there with a strong heart beat.

I had quite nasty cramps for an entire day that I now realise were implantation at exactly 7DPO...I didn't get them with my first pregnancy but this time they were really quite bad, although not bad enough to double over. It passed and I stopped getting any cramps by 9DPO

I had very moderate PMS cramping the week after ovulation that, now that I have my BFP, I attest to implantation cramping. It felt exactly like I was about to start my period any day. There was no dizziness or nausea, just a lot of cramping and discomfort.
