implantation spotting 5dpo?

So call me crazy ..... But I just went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was light pink smear of blood. I've never Expierenced Ib or spotting.......is it possible this early I'm so shocked right now......I'm waiting now ...... To see if it happens again it was just so random I swear I can't be making this up I wasn't even looking for signs n symptoms just happened toglance and see it.
