Suppose I'm not really asking for advice, I'm just using this thread to help with thought process. But all comments are welcome. And if anyone is in a similar situation?

So we've been NTNP for about 2 years

But as time goes on we're beginning to get serious about baby making and having a family

My only problem is, I plan to start teacher training Sept 15 - July 16. it's practice-based so I have to stay in practice
(I'll have a job either way)
But now I'm thinking: do I
A) try for a baby between now and August, if I get pregnant give up my planned teacher training course. Or
B) who am I kidding.... there is no b, I'm planning to stay in education until I fall pregnant. But then I'm going to be gutted if I fall pregnant half way through the training.

All comments welcome :flower:

I'm sort of somewhat in a similar situation.. Not really but kind of lol

I applied to my school several months ago and will (hopefully) get accepted next month and start in the Fall.. But SO and I just recently decided to NTNP. Long story short, I may or may not be pregnant and have our first baby while in a 4 year online degree program.
I suppose it wouldn't be too difficult for me since it's completely online. But still not easy. Either way.. I'm going for both!

There will never be a perfect time! I guess I don't mind being gutted if I get pregnant while in school. It'll be so worth it!

Sorry I don't have much advice. Just thought I'd share since my situation is similar. Good luck!! :D

 it's nice to know I'm not the only one in this situation!!

I just wouldn't know how I'd feel if I had to give up my education for a baby - lol I'd obviously be happy! but up until thinking about children, I'm very career and education driven.

I'm kind of the same way. Before I started thinking about trying for a baby I was very focused on getting my education so I can finally start the career I want to have. I guess I just never thought of one stopping me from having the other. As long as you're a hard worker I say there's no reason you can't have both!
