In DESPERATE need of some temping advice !!

Morning ladies. So my chart is looking good....really good. This mornings temp was crucial as my cycle is usually 28 days (has been 30 days once )

So I awake at 230am...and took my temp...not sure why...and it was well low !! Nearly at the cover line.

I took again at 630 (my normal time is 610 ) and it was high again !!... Which one should I use ??

Ps ...I'm just sat waiting for my af....I daren't test

That could have been an implantation dip, I would say test and see, or wait until AF is late before testing?

If it were me id use the one from 6.30, its near your normal time and it was after 4 hours sleep which is all I need to get a good pattern, this has happened to me a couple of times and mine was v low in the early hours too, good luck!! Xxx
