In love with a name I'm worried I can't use

I wasn't going to post but I find myself posting..This was done to me by my SIL..I lost my Ava at 23 weeks, she my SIL went on to have a girl and took my name, didn't ask , didn't think it was a big deal..We still don't talk 4 yrs later, she broke my heart in pieces,,,Please please ask first..Thank you

I personally wouldn't use the name but that's just me and we live in a world where people do what they want anyway, but you asked for opinions so that is mine. Techically it's a name just like any other so there are no rules stopping you from using it, but morally I feel it's not in good taste.

Think about how it would make you feel if the shoe was on the other foot, and go from there...
