In need lf ttc buddies.6 days late, negative test, light brown discharge

Hello everyone. I am hoping someone can help me out here or I dont know talk to me until I find answers. I have been trying for a baby for about a year now and my doctor put me on clomid last month to help out. I am now 6 days late and only have got negative test. 2 days ago when I wiped there was some pink tinge discharge so I thought AF would show but nothing. Today when I wiped there was a light brown maybe tan color discharge but it was only that once. I have cramping that feels like my uterus is actually cramping. I was just wondering if anyone has experienced this or knows what this could be? I have a doctors appointment in 4 days but I'm going crazy lol. Just could use some TTC buddies to talk to.
