Hello, guys, it's been quite some time since I've used this forum. My baby girl just turned officially 1 today, and I've been very busy raising her and going to college and whatnot. I'm not sure if any of you remember me!
Anyways, as some people may recall, me and Scarlet's father are not together, but we are good friends and share custody of her. Well, I breastfed for an entire 6 months before putting her on the bottle, and she co-sleeps with me. I have had a big problem with the fact that, by 1, she has never ever, not once, slept through the night for me. At her first birthday party, I found out from her father that she sleeps through the night at his house every night, and even sleeps later! He says that she sleeps in a crib and everything, so I thought I'd give that a try and see if for the first time I could get a full nights sleep. I put her in a pack and play for the night, and it didn't even work! She still woke up a few times.
I need advice. What should I do? It's clear that she is capable of sleeping through the night, so why will she only do it for her father and not me?
Mommy needs sleep!
