Still sore down below, but theyve put me on tabs that have made me ridiculously ill! ive honestly only eaten 4 pieces of toast a day since monday! hahaha

Doc suggested yakult, so I cant wait for the shopping to arrive. Im so gutted as the doc also told me im not allowed to go hill walking in wales next week... ive paid and cant get my £ back! Ah well!
