We could find out if we were successful each time after we BD-ed.

There would be no TWW as you would be able to tell right away.

We could just tell with a definite sign whether we were pregnant or not.

You could stand in the mirror and see iniside your womb or your pee would just turn blue if you were pg.

There would be no MCs or stillbirth or SIDs.

Babies would only happen to those who wanted them.

Babies would happen to all who wanted them.

There'd be no PCOS, low sperm count or other fertility diseases.

You could determine the sex of your baby to a 100% accuracy.

You could have twins with 100% accuracy.

We could decide on exactly what date we wanted to conceive.

In a perfect world I would be guaranteed not to have the 10lb babies that run in my OH's family!!! :nope:

I know that fear Maggie! Still, you can only carry what you can actually manage. If you were a lighter baby then you might escape with an 8lb-er!

I'm terrified of a big baby!! DH was 10lbs 11oz, and I was 10lbs 7oz. I'm NOT looking forward to an extra large baby!!

And Yes, in a perfect world we'd know exactly when implantation took place. It'd be nice to look over and say, "We did it!" immediately!

Sounds like an amazing world!
Can we add that babies wouldn't be born with teeth (my DH was!!!) Ouch.
