Income support claim

Does anyone know when payment is made after claiming for income support (I went to the income support interview etc 2 weeks ago) all they told me was it will be paid from then after processed the claim. I did the claim via the phone about a week earlier then went to the interview.

I saw up to 14 days or it can longer for some.
I expected might of been sorted by Tuesday but not recieved any letters nor anything in bank (jsa was paid Tuesday's and i was told it would continue from that) but then with my new claim it failed on Thursday so thinking may be then instead I'm hoping tomorrow in fairness as I literally can only just pay bills

From my claim it's been over 2 weeks I don't know if I should ring someone about it but I'm not sure where I need to ring if just normal job centre to go through to income support or what just more bothered I have bills due
