So my LO has always been FF and has slept through the night from about 9 weeks, he's now 15 weeks. Since we moved him into his cot he's been waking for a feed at midnight, then he added a 5am feed to that and was taking 7oz at midnight and about 4oz at 5am. Last night he added a 3am feed to that and took between 4 and 5oz at each feed, he then got up for the day at 6.15am.
I spoke to my HV about why he had started waking up for feeds and she said to fill him up more during the day, I feed him every 3-4 hours when he shouts. Yesterday I fed him every 3 hours but he didn't seem to want to take as much because his feeds were closer together and last night was the worst night I've had with him .
Does anyone have any suggestions about how to get him to drop at least one of these night feeds? I'm exhausted and I don't have much maternity leave left. Would hungry baby milk make a difference?
