increasing supply

I was just wondering if I pump at say 6pm, will it increase my supply at that time every evening or just increase my supply in general?

ERM not sure tbh. I'd have said increased it at 6pm. Purely because I feed lo in the morning and pump at the same time and then not again til 5pm ( lo will only eat solid at nursery). I don't have milk during the day but I can feel it at 5pm!

In general. As soon as your breast is stimulated, it gets the memo to start making more so that it never becomes depleted.
