Well am 3 hours post the first dose of gel stuff! Came in to see the consultant and never left again! Can't quite believe I'm going to meet my baby soon!!

I didn't realise how slow a process this was, lol. Having a few contractions but nothing painful or prolonged... Could be a long night

Well after 14 hours of not much happening they broke my waters at 5am. Had some very manageable contractions with gas & air and Tens machine. They checked me at 9am and said I waa 5 cm - Casper Thomas Gabriel was born 44 mins later!! Not a pleasant 45 mins of my life!!

He is gorgeous though and worth it!!
