My LO is starting daycare next week because I have to work in order to support us. It is only 2 days a week but I am so depressed over it. She is 10 weeks old. I don't plan on having her in there all day...about 5 hours a day but I am feeling such an immense amount of guilt. I don't have the luxury of her father watching her, and both my parents work full-time as well. It's a great daycare with a very good reputation but somehow I am freaking out. Has anyone else left their LOs so young? Am I making a huge mistake? I don't really have a choice :nope: I just feel like crying all day.

Sorry you're feeling this way. :hugs: I would feel the same if I had to work when baby is only 10 weeks. I don't think I could do it because it would kill me too. Maybe give it a try and see how you feel about it. Sorry for not being more helpful.

:hugs: It's soooo hard hun, Connor had to start nursery at 3 months because I had to go back to college :hugs:
It's hard, but it gets easier, and Connor's now really sociable and not shy at all xxx

dont feel bad. i had to go back to school when mmy son was just under 4 weeks old to be able to provide finacially for him. Just make sure you find a good caregiver whose child rearing values match yours.
