Infection??

Today I noticed one of my breast pads had a couple of spots that looked the same colour as pus. I'm having pain in this breast, but it doesn't look different, like red or anything like that. Could it still be an infection? Or perhaps some thickened milk as I have had blocked ducts in this breast recently.

Has anyone had breast infection and what did they experience?

Hi I've had that bland recently had an infection which has cleared now I think. Feels like I still have a blocked duct so could be due to that, I hadn't really thought anything of the spots, thought it might be because the nipple was cracked and was healing? X
