Like most women there's information I wish I would have known from day one, so I decided to compile a list of helpful websites I've found so far with all the info you need or is good to know.

Help me out ladies, if you find something useful I'll add it to this post!

Fertility and or cycle tracking apps:
Ovuview
Fertility Friend

Opk's information and how to them: https://www.ovulation-calculator.com/ovulation-tests/opk-faq.htm

Folic acid for men: https://www.whattoexpect.com/preconception/ask-heidi/folic-acid-and-male-fertility.aspx

Prenatal multivitamins: https://labdoor.com/rankings/prenatal-vitamins

B6 pre conception, MUST READ!

Fertility

B6 preconception info added must read for those with losses!

Most important when you start TTC is to supplement folic acid for the future mother or better yet meta-folate, it helps prevent birth defects and raises fertility should be taken during TTC and throughout pregnancy.
Tracking your cycles can help with timing BD , but if you dont desire to chart then BDing every other day works too.

For women with long, irregular cycles, fertility monitors are great resources. I used the Ovacue before my Clomid cycles and it was great to use vs. using OPKs constantly throughout my whole cycle. :)
