So if we insem in my moon/instead cup, do we have to let it liquify first for 10-15mins? Why do we have to let it liquify and what would actually happen if we were to just put straight in there?

you shouldnt need to let it liquefy if you're just going to put the cup in. Or were you doing something different?

Just wanting to put the cup in, but lots people say it needs to liquify and i looked on net but theres no actuel definate answer to if you have to let it liquify and what it does xox

I would imagine it will liquify when inserted anyway ... so I say whack it in!! And try not to spill any of it like I did the first time I used it.

you don't have to wait, it will liquify inside you just shove 'er up there DH finishes inside me then I insert my cup. The liquifying I think only helsp in the sense that if it stayed all clumpy like when it first comes out then the sperm can't swim through it as easy which I believe is where your fertile cm comes into place, sperm can also live inside a vagina a lot longer then outside it so if you wait the normal 20 to 30 mins for it to liquify then you're killing them!

Totally agree with Kelly

Sperm dies when exposed to air so just shove it straight in & it will liquefy inside you

**the liquefication is only for when you are using a syringe to inseminate with - so there arent clumps to block the syringe
