hey slightly random but sometimes when finding things hard I find some different quotes help motivate and inspire me so thought would see if anyone else has any favourite quotes or maybe people just have a look and if helps motivate or inspire them in anyway then great. Anyway I have 2 quotes I really like the first is from the film coach Carter and the second is from eat, pray, love

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. It's not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others

ruin is a gift, ruin is the road to transformation

One of my favourite quotes is from The West Wing. It's said by Leo McGarry (who becomes Chief of Staff) to Jed Bartlett in a flashback when he's running for President in the New Hampshire Primary.

"Act as if ye have faith and faith shall be given to you.........in other words...... fake it til you make it"

Ever since The Shawshank Redemption, i have used "Fear can keep you prisoner, hope can set you free"

& as im currently on a lifestyle change and am getting no support off my loved ones...

"He who has a Why to live can bear almost any How."

It is originally quoted by Neitzsche but is cited frequently by Viktor Frankl in Man's Search for Meaning which is the most inspirational book I have ever read.

"Where there is life, there is hope" - Marcus tullius Cicero

Very simple, but very poignant.
