Ok..... I bought some instead cups and this is the first time I tried it. I love the concept. However...... my cervix is way high!!!!!!!!! It went it very smoothly but when it was time to come out, I freaked out because I couldn't get it out for like 30 minutes!!!!!! Does anyone else have that problem? If so, what do you do? I love the concept and the idea, but if I ever have to do that again, I don't think I would. If there is an easier way, please let me know because I would love to continue to use them, but it was way to hard to get out.
Thanks!

Hi hun,
I found them difficult too. I used them on my last cycle, was very easy to put in, but took me ages to get out. Im not using them this cycle.
I agree, they are a fab idea but I dont think they are for me!

Seasoned expert with instead cups here!! I find if they go out of reach, just bear down and you can reach it then. Hope it works for you too!

i think you need to push a little, as in bearing down... hook your index finger underneath to poke it out.

i'm sure next time you'd find it a lot easier... just takes a little practise.

good luckx

Yeah they are extremely easy to put in, but very difficult to take out. I just wish that they were a little more user friendly!

Shorter nails help too! My first month I had long talons...oh my!

The girls are right about bearing down, it makes it so much easier. Just give a little push (think good practise for babies!) and then as they say hook the edge or even grip it with finger and thumb, and pull.

I think they're fab for TTC. They already got me one BFP....albeit I lost it:cry:, but I gotta say I do prefer my mooncup for AF. They're a little too messy in that respect for me!

I know what you mean ... I had a bit of difficulty getting it out first time, but I found that pushing down slightly helped to bring it out. I think they should come with an extraction cord ... or a little ring pull thing ...

What a fantastic idea! I will try the pushing thing the next time and maybe I will have a better outcome other then freaking out!
I do have short nails..... I had acrylic nails, but just recently got them taken off as the were getting on my nerves! So at the moment, I don't have any nails.......
Thank you all for your help and advice! :hugs:
