Hello everyone, i had an insurance question for you. Do you know if they are charging insurance for endocrine or for infertility? It makes a difference with optima on cost and I think they are charging me with infertility. Thanks for the input!

Are you seeing an RE? They are most likely billing infertility.

I think that may depend on the doctor and the individual situation. You should ask your doctor/office staff. They should have no problem talking to you about it.

Thanks for the advice y'all. Went in for my ultrasound Saturday, I am seeing an re and they are billing it as infertility. Best part ( sarcasm) is I had to have two us this month, it is so expensive! Insurance only covers 50%, hoping all this stress pays off.... For ALL of us!

It's crazy how expensive this stuff is! I really can't understand how an ultrasound (among other things) could cost so much. ](*,) Ridiculous!!
