interesting article for us lttc or having IVF!

my mum sent me one! i just love it!! my oh even has one, its camo.. but i dont think that a manly design makes up for him wearing a onsie:haha: but he looks cute in it i think :)

haha my dh has the camo one too, I bought it for him for a laugh and he loves it, but yes I have to agree with you on the manly design part lol

I've been taking these for 3 years now...
Hubby started taking the ones for Men a year ago after his SA.

Since taking them my nails have never been so great, my skin is healthy and its great knowing your getting you RDA of everything good and important.

Hopefully will aid/ increase our chances of having successful IVF, but apart from that they are just a very good vitamin and I shall take them forever now. (Tesco also do a cheaper alternative) x

The biotin in the supplement is probably helping your nails and hair (it's in a lot of nail and hair supps). :)

I've tried a couple of the Pregnacare versions and I swear they actually made my periods more irregular. Just on normal folic acid now. Might experiment again in future as they did improve the state of my nails quite a lot!

I think the article is misleading and well it is the Daily Mail...
But that said, I think the same benefit would come from any good prenatal. I think all or most have good micro-nutrients. I have taken Pregnacare but currently am taking Rainbowlight.
I agree with the above comments, that any good prenatal would help those deficient in certain nutrients. Another good point is the ones for the men - don't just supplement yourself - give your guy some as well:thumbup: Thats half the equation.
