My LO is nearly 7 weeks old and we've been trying to introduce the odd expressed bottle so my OH can feed her. The plan had been to bottle feed her on xmas day so I could have some
Cheeky wines, however it's not going well. She hates the bottle. There are always lots of tears and I give in and end up BF her. We've tried all the tricks I can think of. It's always my OH that feeds her, I always go out of the room, we make sure she's hungry. She begrudgingly took one bottle but still wanted a BF top up. Any advice please? A love her to bits but after nearly 7 weeks constantly together id like to be able to pop out with friends once in a while. I also worry why will happen when I go back to work. Just as a side note she also hates dummies we have tried various types at various times. Also it is always expressed milk I've not tried to give her formula

We are going through the same thing. Baby is 10 weeks old and refuses bottles. I've tried four kinds of bottles with no luck. Once he finally took it but was mostly asleep due to crying so much. I go back to school in two weeks and have no idea what to do. He also hates pacifiers too.
If anything ends up working for you please let me know

Nothing has worked for us yet. Fingers crossed for us both! How are you getting on?

I am having the same problem. Lo took the bottle at 4 weeks and 6 weeks, but not anymore. I go back to work in a month. I found this article: https://blog.isisparenting.com/my-baby-wont-take-the-bottle-one-moms-story/ It uses a completely different technique then anything I have read. I figure it cannot hurt to try;) How are things going?
