Inversion table

I'm at my moms and she has an inversion table. Like a dummy I got on it but it didn't feel right so after about 30 seconds I got back up. Then I had the after thought about was it even safe? Of course I went to google and for the most part it's not recommended.

I'm 10 weeks and super paranoid now. Has anyone ever used one of these while pregnant?

I'd think if you got off of it right away even if it's not recommended you'd be ok.

I hope you're right! I felt some pain after but I'm thinking it was from being stretched.
