Started this today, basically it says I'm only allowed 1230 calories per day, I thought the average for a woman was 2000??

I went over my intake by 380!!!
 
Have a look on this and see if it relates at all, I know for my height, weight and age my daily intake to lose some chub is between 1220 and 1800 and to maintain my current weight it would be in the region of 1900 calories
