iron help please :)

my iron has died after 12 years and 2 owners its finally had its day
ive just put it in the bin
i cant afford to replace it exactly although i would love to!!! so im having to settle for a normal iron (my old one was a big steam industrial one)
does this seam a good deal??? ive never had to buy a iron and have no idea, my mum brought my other one when i was 10 and gave it me when i moved out. If not has anyone got any recomendations???

looks pretty good to me hun. My only concern would be it is described as 'light in the hand' this isn't always a good thing as cotton and lightweight fabrics actually benefit from a bit of weight to the iron; otherwise you might find you have to press down as you iron which is a strain. xx
