Is clear skin a possible sign of pregnancy?

I'm new here, but my husband and I are on cycle 6, and I'm a day late on my period, I am too scared to test because I'm afraid of the BFN. But usually I breakout on my neck before I get my period and right now I have clear skin! I'm hoping that maybe the absence of my usual premenstral acne is a positive sign?
I have also had a little bit of brown spotting yesterday but nothing today, and I'm moody but that could be because I really don't want to get my period this month!
