Is it a m/c?

Hi, this is my second pregnancy and i'm pretty worried. My first pregnancy ended in m/c but I didn't feel any pain and little to no bleeding because it was so early.

This time I am 5-6w in and I'm getting the worst pains I have ever felt in my life. They feel like someone grating my insides and they are about 1 min long and very sporadic. I am also noticing brown blood stains on my underwear when I go to the bathroom.

Am I having another miscarriage?

BTW: My Partner and i have yet to go to a doctor because I do not expect the pregnancy to last, should I go get a check up?

Go and get a check up especially with the pain.

For the pain u can take paracetamol but I would go to the hospital

It's hard to say Hun , I got some pretty ad cramps in early pregnancy & my lo hung in there, I would go get checked out & tell them you are not 100% sure of the date you conceived & they will send you for a dating scan, that way you can see if bub is in there & ok , best of luck to you sweetie xxx

Spotting on its own is usually okay. Spotting along with cramps you should rather go and get checked out. Mine started like that, and it is painful. Good luck, let us know how you go.

Well I went to my local pregnancy center but the medical professional is out till Monday. I took a test at the clinic and it came out positive so still expecting. I'll find out what's goin on on Monday!
