Is it chicken pox??

My 2 1/2 year old developed a few of spots at around 3pm today there’s maybe 6 in total, 2 are already crusty....I thought they had to blister first if it was chicken pox?

He hasn’t developed anymore it’s now nearly 7pm. He’s not itchy, under the weather and doesn’t have any temp.

How quickly do spots usually appear??

Some kids only get one or two spots when they have chicken pox . Usually once one appears more appear during the course of the next 24/48 hours . That’s what happened with my DDs anyway . Some of theirs didn’t blister either just went crusty.

My friends little girl only had 3 spots and the GP confirmed it was chicken pox !
