I am so scared i am mcing again as i have very slight bleeding and slight cramping is this normal? i am coming up to 4 weeks pregnant!

I am afraid it's impossible to tell just by the symptoms as they can happen and be fine - so it's not a time to lose hope

Your GP can do the hcg blood tests over 48 hours to tell you which direction your hcg is going and that would give you a more definitive answer.
