Is it noral for boobs to still hurt and ache in the second tri?

Yes it very much is, for some they continue to hurt all the way through pregnancy as they go through several changes.

Im almost 23 weeks and mine are really tender and about 3-4 times the size they were to begin with. hubby loves it hahahaha i told him to make the most of it now because soon they will be there to serve a purpose

Yep, mine are still sore at the sides and feel full and tender and I am 26 weeks tomorrow x

24 weeks and as soon as the bra comes off I feel like they're going to plummet through the bedroom floor into the living room!
