I swear every bone in my body is aching right now! I cant even roll over by myself it seems LOL Also, I noticed my lady bits seem very achy. Well my inner thing almost were my vag is. Hmmm. this terrible heat wave isnt helping either. I cant wait to go to my parents house tomorrow to swim in their pool. I have been told swimming cures achin bones!!

I feel exactly the same. Everything hurts and I feel so sorry for myself. I wish we were having a heat wave here, an outdoor pool sounds so nice

I'm not as far along as you, but I way over did it today and now everything from under the bump down is achy. -_- SUCKS!! I didn't eve realize I over did it until hours later I took a 5 minute sit down (break) and went...wow I have no energy and damn do I ache. Thinking about taking a nice relaxing bath later to help.

Hopefully your aches will go away with swimming/water. If anything a good soak always helps me.

YES inner thighs groin area aches so bad. i was wondering if i was only one with this! been having this symptom all week.
i literally have no energy at all today, my calves hurt....arms hurt head hurts and back hurts i feel very off. feel a bit sick too.
all i want to do is throw up! i've only had boiled egg and bread and water all day. i dont want to eat.
wonder whats going on....
