Hello all, I am new to OPK's and with PCOS I had high LH most of the time. I have been doing natural things to treat my PCOS. And now I decided to use OPK's to detect O but also to keep an eye on my LH level.
With that being said, I was unable to attach my OPK photo, so I will try to post a picture of one that looks like mine.
It looks a bit like this but the test line on mine is a little lighter. About a shade lighter. Should I have a line, albeit a negative line, this early? ON CD5?
