If they feel all numb and tingly thats your let down..its normal and later on you won't feel it as much or at all.

Yes, the pressure of your boobs saving up milk for the next feed can be uncomfortable until LO has fed a bit. It normally doesn't happen for very long; once your supply regulates you won't normally make so much that you're hurting.

Yep. Sounds like a touch of engorgement now your supply is coming in and regulating.

Mine still get full & hard sometimes but don't hurt like they did in the early days!

Yes it's normal. The breasts can get quite engorged at first. It can often be worse just before a feed as the supply has built up a lot. It does get better in time though as your supply will regulate.
