Yes the bottles will be fine with the lids on.
If I was FF full time then I would be very tempted to just use ready made cartons at night, which is what we do now when I need a night off and OH does the night feed. All you have to do is snip and pour and serve at room temperature. For the sake of 60p per carton I think it is worth the money to save the hassle.
But if you don't want to do that, what I would do is make the bottles up in the evening, rapid cool and store in the fridge. Once you are ready to go to bed for the night and the later evening feed has been done, take the night bottle up in a thermabag. My avent bag claims to be fine for a chilled bottle for up to six hours. If you can't persuade LO to take a non-warmed bottle, take a flask of hot water and a jug up for your bedside table so you have hot water to warm it up.
