hi,
is it possible to feel movement at 14 weeks?
this morning i was laying in bed with my hand on my belly and my belly felt like it turned over(if you know what i mean) and i have never felt it before and it felt like something was moving in their.
it only happened once though.
was it a movement i felt?
am i further along than 14 weeks?

i hope someone can help. x x

Hi hun new research shows that we are able to feel our babies alot earlier than first thought a years back. I personally know i felt My last lil girl Ella move at around 13+wks its was onlythe flutters and then i didnt feel it for about 10days but i knew it was her.

So yes u can hun, i belive sum peopleahve felt it even earlier. xxx

I think if you've been pregnant before it's definatly possible. I thought I could feel flutters back then but wasn't sure because it feels so similar to wind. Some of what I was feeling must have been baby but I don't know how much.

i havnt been pregnant before but there was definitely something happening in my belly.
didnt feel like wind and i felt it move as i had my hand on my belly.
i guess i wont know until i feel it again.
i would be so so happy if it was baby.

thank you x x x

I think it's possible, there are actually a few girls on here who I think have felt movements that early.

I would say yes too, i was sure i could feel movement with this little one fairly early!

I felt that stomach flipping feeling at about 16 weeks. I wasn't sure it was the baby as it was so early, but now that I'm further along, the baby feels exactly like that at times. I was really full when I felt it that time, so maybe baby didn't have much room to move and was smooshed against my belly!! hahaha

It probably was baby, it is possible to feel it at 14 weeks.

I felt this one move around 12-13 weeks but this is my second pregnancy.

With Nathan I felt him move the 1st time around 15-16 weeks :)

It's possible to feel baby move at 14 weeks... I didn't realize that was what I was feeling... I kept telling a friend about bubbles in my side ( I thought it was gas maybe) she's a labor nurse and she was telling me that it was probably baby :) I was told also tho that we probably wouldn't be able to feel anything with our hands (outside) until about 20 - 21 weeks.

ive had a baby before and the feelings im getting now are so similar to when i felt him. Im sure it must be the baby as i didn't have this much 'wind' 14 weeks ago! It is about 8cm long so i don't see why you couldn't feel it occasionally really.

UPDATE:

well as i put in this thread yesterday i thought i felt movement.
but today my belly had felt tied up ive had alot of popping today,i got hubby to put his ear against my belly and he said he could hear 'popping' then i had a sandwich for my dinner and afterwards i was holding my hand on my belly and im sure i felt a little movment,it was on my right side. then a couple of mins later i felt it again.
my belly has been 'popping' all day and sometimes my belly feels like i have butterflys.

i just hope it is baby moving and not just my mind playing tricks on me.
