This is what my 3 month old formula fed babies poo is like he does 1 or 2 a day like this! Should I be concerned I've read everywhere that formula fed babies should have firmer poo, he's on Aptimal he was on Sma but that wasn't agreeing with him and he's been on Aptimal for about 3 weeks now! He also has quite bad dry skin patches on his face that resembles cradle cap/eczema I don't know if he has a milk allergy I've been to the doctors a number of times about his rash and they just keep prescribing different creams that don't seen to be doing anything! Other then that my baby is happy, smiley and sleeping fine doesn't have a temprerure so don't know if I'm over reacting what do you think?

Totally normal! My 3 month old nappies are the same and she's on cow and gate. The patch on your LOS face does look like eczema. Have you tries epaderm ointment for the bath. I use it for my eczema and it's great. If not a mild steroid might be needed xxx

Thank you will look into getting that!

I'd say that's normal :) my little boys poo has actually been a little runnier than that for a few days which I'm putting down to teething & swallowing much more saliva. Don't worry :)

Yep normal my ds nappy has been that colour since birth and he's on cow and gate, sometimes it goes a slight greeny colour and a bit more runny but then is back to normal a day or two later xxx
And the patch on the cheek looks like eczema, epiderm is brilliant but see your dr for his opinion xx

Looks normal to me regarding nappy cream for nappy rash I tried everything and got steroid cream and then I ordered morhulin cream from amazon it cleared up in two days completely!! She had blisters and open sores on her bum and cleared it right up honestly would recommend trying it x
