Is my cervix position abnormal?

So I have started checking my cervix position and feel to help predict ovulation along with other methods as well. Well I'm a bit concerned because the opening to my cervix is facing my tailbone. So I'm wondering if that's odd or how it's supposed to be. I'm sure I'm feeling it correctly? I'm wondering if my husband's sperm is deposited on the other side could it even get back there? I think his penis goes up the other side (sorry TMI) and if it does the sperm wouldn't be near my cervix opening? It would have to travel down and around the other side? Any ideas?

I have actually asked my doctor about this! My cervix is to the side and faces down a bit and she told me that it really doesn't matter where it is or what position it is in. The cervix will move around quite a bit during your cycle and sex. I was concerned because my husband also bends a bit towards the side opposite of my cervix.

Ok good!! Thank you!! I was concerned that it was at a bad angle and we needed to adjust prior to him ejaculating. Haha!! Do you have any children or are you TTC?

I am so glad you asked this! Mine faces down towards the floor a bit and I didn't ask the doctor but certainly wondered if this would affect my chances of getting pregnant.

Remember that sperm can move through the fluids inside your vagina as well. Fingers crossed xx

Yay! My cervix is probably fine. My OBGYN has never said anything about it during my annual lady exams, so it's probably fine. How long have you been trying for armywife? If you don't mind me asking?
