is my diet the problem?!

Scott is 12 days old now and feeding well, however again he has not pooed for 2 days. I had the same problem when he was born and he finally went after I ate a ton of grapes and prunes.....my mothers idea it would go thro to him.

do u think diet makes a difference, havent been eating great as hes on the boob or we have visitors!

It's very normal for breastfed babies to go even a week without pooping, if he doesn't seem in pain or struggling to go I'm sure he's fine It's possible it's what you ate or it might have just been coincidence

Hebe would go a week without a poo! Totally normal as there is so little waste in BM. She would fart like a trooper though!

Alyssa often poos only once a week or so - but she sure does fart LOTS! It's perfectly normal for BF babies
