Is there any cure for flipper feet in dogs

Our 18 month old jack russells front legs are nearly at right angle she's not in pain with it but it's got worse from when she was a puppy. And I am worried that it will get to the point where she won't be able to walk properly

aww... Have you been to the vets and see what they think? or maybe the breeder... Im not faimlur with that so not 100%sure but hope you get some anwers x

got to the vets if you are worried, it could be a bone dfect
