Ok so I have pcos and if you look in my signature you can see all that I am doing this cycle and what I will do from now on with supplements.

My question is... Is there anything else I can do to increase my chances of ovulating? Anything else I can take?

I really want to avoid having to do injections again as we really can't afford it. and clomid didn't do anything.

Vitex will cancel out the soy isoflavones and any other SERM so avoid that unless your taking it solo.

Have you tried Maca?.

I have not tried maca...
I looked into doing the soy and vitex together and your right, i read that they are bad together. So i won't be doing them together next cycle.

Hi there
Vitex is a good idea. I read about Fertilityblend and it is really proven to work. I also really would recommend the low glychemic diet. Many insulin resistant women on the diet get pregnant without any supplement or hormone treatments whatsoever.
Best wishes,
Amber

Wow, it sounds like you are doing a lot of different stuff! I agree with Amber, on the low glycemic diet - and there are some fertility clinics that recommend trying it before taking anything else. In my experience trying new things certainly isn't hurting anything! Good luck and FX for you!

I agree on a low GI diet being a good idea I need get on it too .

I swore I wasn't going to try anything else.... Blah - I bought Vitex yesterday. I'll give it a go and switch if it doesn't work... FX though

I'm taking soy with b100 complex this month andhave cut every other supplement out...but I've just been advised to take wild yam ... i think it does the same as the vitex, the herbalist said it increases progestereone... I won't be taking it with the soy as I'm not sure if it has the same issue and vitex and soy mixed... but if the soy doesn't work I think I will try it in a couple of months x
