Is this a good sign?

Hi all, opinions please!

I have pcos, and I had an erpc in may and since then have had 2 60 day cycles incorporating a 3 week light bleed/heavy spotting. This cycle has only lasted 45 days and have just finished an 8 day 'normal' bleed. Does this sound promising? I was hoping the pcos hadnt mega taken over and that my body was just readjusting after my loss.

Am I sad to be excited about having a heavy period? and should i not get excited? I know pcos does evil things to the mind!!
