Is this a miss?

I have a fairly regular cycle (about 25 days) and twice in the past six months, on day 14ish instead of ovulating I have had a heavy period. Then my period arrives again 25 days after the 'second' period. Is this a messed up period or could it be a very early miscarriage? Any advice would be great. Thanks

I'm no expert but I think that would be too early for a m/c. Have you had hormones checked? When my period was gong bananas I was LOW in progesterone and my OBGYN gave me an injection of it followed by instructions to take it orally from CD 15 - 26 to keep from early bleeding.
