Is this cycle a wash?

Hi all! So, I'm on cd48 and still waiting to ovulate. I'm kind of thinking at this point, even if I ovulate, it's not going to happen this cycle. I've heard of late ovulation success stories, but none this late. Any thoughts??

Someone mentioned one on this board from a CD 93 (!) ovulation, so maybe not a total wash. Not sure where the thread is, though.

Hi Lisa,

How long since you came off bcp?

When I stopped I had a few cycles, then randomly I didn't have anything for 2 months and then everything started back again normally!

I didn't bother testing with OPK's as wasnt sure when AF would come back, and didnt want to waste them, and then she just arrived one day, and i've been back to normal cycles ever since.

I would just continue to every couple of days and when your cycle returns to normal you might catch the egg before gets a chance to return!!

As long as you ovulate, you can get pregnant.
Try to BD everyother day and you never know what could happen

I actually got my almost positive opk earlier today, which means my positive will be tonight!! It was a stubborn little eggie, but that must mean it's tough enough to turn into my little bean!!
