Its good if she plans on doing a sweep to get your contractions started or if they want to induce and I guess it is good so that when/if the contractions start on their own there wont be as much work for your body to do.... so yes, I would say that is good!!

Hmm welll unfortuantely sweeps do not work for everyone... do you know if she tried stretching your cervix a little?? Sometimes this will help release hormones and get things started. Hugs that things get moving for you soon hun

i had my sweep yesterday morning and i was 40+1 and all i had was bh last nite no plug or anything i really hoped mine would work aswell ive got another one on friday so hopefully that will work xx
