Is this morning sickness or stomach flu?

So I'm about 6 weeks now and I woke up today so nauseated.

I went to work, vomited bile. Tried to eat a bagel, felt pain and nausea and vomited. Tried to drink apple juice, felt the stomach pain and nausea ran to the bathroom and vomited.

This has been happening all day with everything I attempt to eat.

Does anyone else's MS come with stomach pain?

sounds like ms. it starts around 6 weeks. Try some ginger. Ice cold water worked for me. But now if I have nausea its usually cause I need to eat
