I had a mmc at a scan on 26th sept (was 9+6 baby measuring a week behind this). I took miso tablets on the Sunday and passed baby and yolk sac 4 hours after leaving hospital. So that was Sunday, on Tuesday morning I had some bad cramps for around 20 mins and I went to the loo and passed a large piece of placenta. The following morning I had some pains which felt like a serrated knife passing through my cervix, was horrible! I went to the loo ad passed two smaller pieces of placenta. Nothing since but each morning still have a few of these awful stabbing pains that make me tense up, this morning I've had quite a few more than previous and I feel really sore down there just sitting down on the sofa :-(

I'm so sorry for your loss ljo. Have you spoken to your doctor? Perhaps your body is still adjusting and/or trying to clear things out?
